Proklaim On the Making Of “LOVE HIGHWAY”

Can you share any interesting or unique stories or perspectives in "LOVE HIGHWAY?"

love Highway...I loved that beat as soon as I pressed play. The adlibs and chorus popped into my mind and I laid them down.

It just felt like a universal song of love and how we all desire acceptance...I wrote the verses after the chorus was laid and recorded them. It is a song I enjoy listening 2.

What has been one of your favorite memories along the path to making "LOVE HIGHWAY?"

I enjoyed how spontaneously the melodies and chorus came to my mind they felt right.

Were there any memorable or standout moments during the recording sessions for this song?

The chorus and adlibs again were fun..the "love me now" part felt organic and sincere..like it was the universal cry of all humans.

Was there a pivotal moment in your life when you decided to follow your path as a musician?

Yes after I wrote my last University exam I remember telling a good friend that I wanna try to make raps... I felt like that was and is an avenue that can lead to greatly impacting a lot of minds and society for generations...id say even more than say a politician...I believe hip hop has the potential to put its torchbearers in positions of great power the likes of which we have not really seen actually fulfilled
