Pale Moon Releases “Spaghetti”
Pale Moon, a musical creation of Árni & Nata, emerged as one of Iceland's most promising indie pop acts in 2018. They graced renowned stages including Montreux Jazz Festival and Iceland Airwaves, released their debut LP, "Lemon Street" with the title track "I Confess" dominated Rock Radio charts and “Clown” gained attention at BBC Introducing and Spotify, where the band gained over 40k listeners with 350k streams and tons of notable playlist adds.
Now, Pale Moon is ready to release their new single “Spaghetti” recorded for their 2nd album, "Carpets, Cables, and Sweaty Hearts" in Catalunya, Spain.
This new release ventures into a more raw and visceral sound with funky bass, groovy indie guitars and fiest energy delivered by Nata’s charming performance. “Spaghetti” is not a food, it’s a new Pale Moon single.
New song is coming out together with a freaky video directed and shot by Giacomo Soranzio. While it might seem that Pale Moon don’t take themselves too seriously, their devotion to music goes far. Árni formed his first band in 3rd grade and had not stopped since, storming in and out of the Icelandic music scene, playing jazz piano, raggie or pop, you name it. Nata’s obsession with melodies and poetry made them a perfect combo, where both could channel their energy into the band’s distinctive output.
Now, residing in Barcelona, Spain, their new touring band is a solid indie act, where there’s no place for playback, but pure live music, because this is how they like it.
