Minno Releases ‘Through The Day, Through The Night’

Is there a particular ethos behind the single/EP/album or any particular music styles or events that inspired it?

The Album encompasses a full range of human of human emotions we may encounter in life. All the highs. All the lows. But pushing on through. Day and Night are symbolic to that in the title.

Can you briefly describe what the song/each song is about?

Sunrise is about waking up to a beautiful day. Give My Life is about making hard decisions in life. Everything I ever Needed Is about that one person you can't let go. What Have I Done is about chasing your dreams and struggling to reach them. Past tense is about looking forward despite past regrets. In The Night is about pushing through hard times. Keeping On is about making it through hard times. Stains of Departure is about losing someone close to you. Help Will Be There Soon is about remaining hopeful. Come Morning is about looking towards a new day.

Where was the single/EP/album recorded and who was involved in its production?

This Album was written and recorded in my home studio in Austin, Texas. Vocals were all recorded remotely at other artist's studios. Featured Artists include: Jon Worthy, Sophie DeFrench, BRYAN THE MENSAH, J.E.N.N.Y, Rachael Hurwitz, and Ronan Harding.

Who are the band members and what do they play?

Minno is an electronic music producer. He plays no instruments and does not know music theory. Everything is written on the computer intuitively. Various singers collaborated on this album.

Please provide a one or two-line personal quote that can be attributed to a band member, about either the band themselves or the release. Obviously the more eye-catching this is the better.

"Music is all about emotions. My job as an artist is to take something that I feel deeply and try to translate that into sound. If I'm successful the listener will feel that same feeling I did. " - Minno
