Watch: The Wheel of Time Season 2 Trailer Teases Action-Packed Installment

Based on Robert Jordan’s best-selling fantasy series, The Wheel of Time follows a farm boy named Rand al’Thor, who learned that he is The Dragon Reborn — a pivotal and potentially dangerous figure, who is destined to alter the world’s fate as he will either be the one to break or save it.

Prime Video drops a new preview trailer for Season 2 of The Wheel of Time, preparing fans for an epic battle yet to come. The new season is based on the second novel in the fantasy series The Great Hunt with few elements borrowed from the third novel The Dragon Reborn. Fans can expect to see Rand al’Thor as he struggles to control his power as The Dragon Reborn.

The Wheel of Time season two debuts on Sept. 1 on Prime Video.
