Wisdom Tree Releases “The Moderate Flow”
With the release of "The Moderate Flow," we are sure we have taken a step forward in defining our true sound. The approach remains sympathetic to old styles of rock but with a straight focus on hypnotic grooves and modern psychedelic sounds.
The psych-rock trio Wisdom Tree was born in Vicenza in 2020 from the meeting of Fabio Gentilin (bass and vocals), Luca Cenzi (electric guitar) and Giulio Panizzolo (drums). The intent is to take inspiration from the sounds of the 60s and 70s rock to create music that, starting from the past, communicates to the present. The approach to composition is deliberately natural, in the footsteps of experimentation that has characterized the musical eras from which the Trio draws its inspiration. Everything comes from the rehearsal room, from the spontaneous interaction between their souls, so many songs come to life from improvisation, the most visceral creative-musical act. The idea is to create dreamy and evasive atmospheres, interpenetrated by marked rhythms and sometimes dry sounds. The psychedelic approach merges with rock and blues intentions, with some funk elements.
