Stutterboy “False Dam”

Drastic, sprawling, and darkly mind-bending; the stadium-filling “False Dam” marks the third single released from Stutterboy’s upcoming LP. With world-weary vocals dubbed in an angsty undertone, the track finds Stutterboy in its darker mood. Compared to the rest of the album, “False Dam” lays on its aggressive end. The psychedelic track is as cathartic as it is unapologetic in its expression.

“False Dam” stirs something deep inside you, while the moist, reverberant, ever-swirling soundscapes place you in between worlds, two places at once. As if the immersion of standing at the cold shore in the Pacific Northwest where the land meets the ocean meets the sky, Stutterboy triggers those most sensitive feelings inside of you while encouraging you to spread your wings and drift by the winds.

“False Dam” places you in the intersection, with every thought and emotion entangled while expanding. As if melting into the ever-changing landscape, the feelings evoked are sensuously familiar and foreign.
