What is the creative process like?
I always create the chorus and melody first then I write the verses around whatever the chorus is about. Afterwards I record the vocals accapella in GarageBand then I send that off to whatever producer I decide to work with they do the rest of the instrumentation mixing and mastering.
Were there any memorable or standout moments during the recording sessions for "Pegging Station?"
Yeah there was originally another verse but it was way too vulgar so I removed it to keep the song as clean as I could lol
What impact do you hope "Pegging Station" will have on your audience?
I’m hoping they will vibe to it and not take it too seriously lol
Was there a pivotal moment in your life when you decided to follow your path as a musician?
Well, I just started this year lol I started believing in myself more and I got two really good songs so far out of it and more on the way.
Who are your musical influences, and how have they impacted your songwriting style?
Micheal Jackson, Prince (I Met Him Once), Mary Jane Girls(Shout Out To Jojo The Lead Singer )Doja Cat, Donna Summer, Five Star, The Pointer Sisters, Mya, Rihanna, Beyonce, Grace Jones and so many more.......
I would say I have my own writing style but you can tell vocally I picked up a few things from those retro artists.
