Shane Rennison Releases ‘Live at the Outlier Inn 2’
Grahamsville, NY – Indie singer-songwriter Shane Rennison is thrilled to announce that ‘Live at the Outlier Inn 2,’ a unique live music project, is now available on all major streaming platforms. Recorded at the iconic Outlier Inn in New York’s Catskill Mountains, this release marks the second installment in Shane’s Live at the Outlier Inn series, where top-tier musicians collaborate to reimagine his songs in an immersive, live setting.
In January 2024, Shane gathered a group of world-class musicians at the Outlier Inn for two days of spontaneous, soulful music-making. With a focus on exploring new interpretations of songs from his debut album, “IRRATIONAL,” the group captured a series of raw, authentic performances, all documented by filmmaker Brandon Worden. Now, fans can experience the live versions of these songs through both audio streaming platforms and newly released music videos on YouTube.
“The magic of these sessions lies in the collective energy of everyone involved,” Shane reflects. “It’s not just about playing the music, but about the conversations, the vibes, and the inspiration that comes from being in a space like the Outlier Inn. The Outlier Inn, a 12-acre retreat in the southern Catskills, provided the perfect backdrop for this creative journey. With its world-class recording studio surrounded by serene nature, the setting offered a peaceful and inspiring environment for this project.
Joining Shane for ‘Live at the Outlier Inn 2’ are Eamon Lebow on guitar, Janna Pelle on piano, Joe Giaimo on bass, Jacob Schaub on drums, and Julian Giaimo on guitar, piano, and vocals. Together, they breathe new life into Shane’s songs, creating fresh live versions that retain the emotional core of “IRRATIONAL” while adding layers of spontaneity and innovation.
