Mel’s 4th release of the year - “I Would Want Me” (and 4th song of her upcoming 5 track EP) sets a strong tone of inspiring, badass, self love energy.
“I wrote I Would Want Me in Los Angeles as I took time away from Chicago overcoming a very rough breakup. I was trying to make sense of things that were out of my control and continuously overthinking everything. It took a long time to build enough self confidence to choose myself above all else, and to know my worth. The one thing I know that I can control is being the best version of myself, and putting the work in mentally, physically, emotionally...etc. I also know that I’m a pretty epic individual and I would totally want me as a friend, sister, lover... all the above!”

Mel Senese is an up-and-coming artist from Chicago who offers an inspired take on pop/rock, channeling the powerhouse energy of pink, mixed with para more and no doubt. Mel has had the honour of performing all throughout the Midwest & has competed in her home city of Chicago, where she was awarded the title of Big Break Champion in 2017.
