The Urban Dic*onary says being Le# On Read the highest level of disrespect a human can receive. A collabora2on between Los Angeles’ Love Ghost and Mexico’s Wiplash- “LEFT ON READ” is a pop-punk anthem about feeling ignored, in the vein of Machine Gun Kelly, All Time Low and Green Day. The song was performed live on October 29th as Wiplash and Love. Ghost share the stage at Indie Foro Rocks in Mexico City. Produced by Mike Summers [Kendrick Lamar, Lil Wayne, Tech N9ne].
"LEFT ON READ" follows a string of single releases for Love Ghost praised by Rolling Stone, American Songwriter, FLAUNT, Alterna2ve Press, Lyrical Lemonade, Earmilk and many others. Love Ghost has recently toured Europe, where they played the Rockpalast fes2val broadcast throughout Germany on German television. In Mexico City they have played shows at Auditorio BB, Indie Foro Rocks and Amazon’s Gamergy Fes2val, which was broadcast to all of La2n America. They have done songs with ar2sts around the world including Rico Nasty, Adan Cruz, Teeam Revolver, Geassassin, Mabiland and Tankurt Manas. Love Ghost’s Finnegan Bell is currently in Mexico wri2ng and recording with many La2n ar2sts, including Wiplash, Dan Garcia, Ritorukai, Go Golden Junk, ND Kobi, FLVCKKA, Phyzh Eye, Josue, Young Dupe, Blnko, Helian Evans and many others. Producers they are working with in Mexico include Shantra (Santa Fe Klan’s latest album), BrunOG (La2n Grammy nominee) and SAGA. They have several other songs coming this year including “Dopeman” with Ghana Afrobeat ar2st Camidoh, and an en2re album with Marilyn Manson guitar player and producer Tim Skold commissioned by Metropolis Records.
