Hello! Our single “RUNAWAY HIGH” dropped 11.13.23. It was mixed by Jon Markson (Drug Church, Soul Blind, DRAIN, KOYO), and features drums from David Haik (Pianos Become The Teeth, United Nations).

GUT HEALTH are an aggressive alternative rock outfit that spawned from the spoils of the COVID-19 pandemic. Hailing from Worcester MA, the lineup includes current/former members of Ian Sweet, HERRA TERRA, Gloss Goddess, Not Bad Not Well, Cope, and usLights. The band's 90's forward gutter rock and post hardcore vibes typically leave the listener feeling rad and cerebral, on the streets, beg- ging for another beer and a slice of pizza.
