Fury of a Dying Planet On the Making Of “Repetition To Extinction”

What was the creative process like for this particular "Repetition To Extinction?"

Writing and recording the music was easy and that was the original goal of this project, nothing too complex, just quick and heavy! Getting the lyrics down and vocals recorded was a bit more time-consuming but, once mixed properly, it was worth it!

What was your favorite moment in making the music video?

Making these videos can be quite a task, seeing the finished product when it all falls into place is the best moment when all the clips sync and the story comes together.

What are you most proud of about this track?

I feel proud to finally get the message out there, something I feel strongly about rather than just a love song or some kind of meaningless pop tune.

What has been one of the most significant moments of your musical journey so far?

Getting in touch with Sea Shepherd and them letting me use some imagery and video for the previous single.

Who are some of your biggest musical influences, and how have they impacted your own sound?

Machine Head, Devin Townsend, Killswitch Engage - basically thrash metal, prog metal, and metalcore! So heavy but has lots of melody as well and yet some spacey sounds mixed in for ambiance.
