What was the creative process like for this particular song?
I composed this song including this piano intro .... then I called Hanna Hagglund, to write the lyrics and finish the work by collaborating with Didier Thery, for the prod and the mixing.
Is there a particular message or theme you hope listeners take away from "it's time?"
We all have sometimes troubles .... and after having tried all the options, the best of all is to get up, and move forward ..it’s time to move, it’s time to love, it’s time to fly.
What did you enjoy most about making "it's time?"
The general mood, it is like it’s the perfect song to start a new hollyday's playlist! It smells the good vibes with good people at a beach party :)
Can you tell us a bit about yourself and how you got started in music?
I am a French music composer, most into music for movies .... and I have a band: THE PINK CROWS, with the singer and lyricist HANNA HAGGLUND.
We just have earned 16 AWARDS as the best original music in a movie last year, with 4 songs from the PINK CROWS 's album. So I decided last year to continue with the band, BUT also, for the very first time, make a solo career too.
Last year I began with SUNSET WITH YOU, and without any record label or publisher, or producer, I have reached more than 140.000 on SPOTIFY ....
so, let’s make a new one :)
Can you share a memorable experience from a collaboration that enriched your music?
The collaboration with Hanna Hagglund ... because when you work with her, you can have no limit in your composition, she gives you wings to fly high, and you just have to write a good song :)
