Our new single was recorded in our rehearsal room at the Otzenbunker, dealing with apocalyptic domesticity and domestic apocalypse in maximum stadium mode.
”THE LONG NIGHT (bunker recording)” is just a sneak preview of what to expect of our upcoming album which will be released in autumn this year.
Fake Plastic represents alternative and experimental rock music as it should be - angry, mysterious, catchy and poetic.
The band released their first album in September 2023, which was celebrated by the international press. Their sound is compared to bands like New York Dolls, The Clash, Pixies and Modest Mouse, while at the same time the independence and originality of their style is repeatedly emphasized. Her name has long since gotten around in indie circles.
With a lot of dynamics and unconventional songwriting, the three musicians from Fake Plastic deliver a rousing, varied and vibrant live set in a classic three-piece line-up (vocals/guitar, bass, drums). They always follow the principle “all killers, no fillers”.
