What was the creative process like for this particular single?

“All I Want” was written during our most recent recording/production process in late 2024. During this time, our Producer, Stephen Hague, shared several of his song seeds for our consideration. We really liked his initial sketch for “All I Want,” so we worked on several melodic and arrangement variations, which resulted in this particular single.

How did you work with the producer or engineers to bring your vision for "All I Want" to life?

Working with Stephen Hague has been a virtual affair and very consistent with what it has been over our 2-year relationship. Video conferences, messenger chats, emails, and musical STEMS going back and forth between London, England, and Rochester, NY. It was always smooth, exciting, and quite enthusiastic!

How does "All I Want" fit into your overall artistic vision, and what can listeners expect from you in the future?

“All I Want” is certainly in the “center lane” of the works on our forthcoming Album ‘Illuminate,’ which we, The Heroic Enthusiasts, consciously decided would evolve from our earlier collaborations with Stephen. Lighter and brighter, more grounded in our current experiences. Pushing us more into Synth-Pop while still staying core to our guitar history. All I Want is evolutionary and exciting.

Where do you find inspiration for your songs or musical ideas?

From our hearts, minds, and souls, from our travels, trials, and tribulations, from our relationships, and from the creative source.

How do you continuously grow and evolve as a duo?

It’s all been very natural. We share our individual ideas, concepts, and thoughts and then work them out as a duo. Working with collaborators has also been a growth area: Blak Emoji, Lesley Gore, Stephen Hague, and others we have in the works. These collaborations and more keep our work fresh and exciting.
