They write songs from the perspective of birds, but everything seems to root at the core of our humanly existence. We are one of the creatures in nature, after all. “Just Like Me” is sonically charming, like a bubblegum on a summer day. It’s flavorful with a great promise of joy. But the song gives you more to think about.
