Films, inspired by life, go beyond life, but the line between fiction and non-fiction isn’t so clear. Horrible things happen to children behind the doors. Some cases in reality are even worse than nightmares. Sinister influence and injustice often result in lifelong tragedy, while the voice of children is buried underneath their innocence.

Inspired by the fictional portrayal of certain characters, Cindy-Louise dedicated “Rescue Me” to addressing this pressing social issue and advocating for children. Gritty Trap and EDM paint a dark filmic sonic atmosphere with bouncy synth and hard-hitting beats. A reflection of our dark reality, but at the same time, challenging you to open your eyes and see the abuse, brokenness, negative, and injustice that we often choose to overlook.

Her soulfully delivered melodies are hauntingly mesmerizing, and her deep-reaching lyrics are the swords. They are full of strength at the same time bleeding and raw. The South African-born artist shows unique songwriting in “Rescue Me.” Her artistic vision of creating this powerful yet refreshing sonic experience should never be underestimated.

There’s no doubt that Cindy-Louise is a promising artist. Started her music career in 2019, the singer/songwriter is already making waves and creating buzzes in the global music industry. As an artist, she never stops pushing the boundary of her own ability, and at heart, she continues contributing to meaningful social-cultural exchange with her music.
