Loki Races With Time and Space in Season 2 Trailer

Loki is time slipping, but how did it happen? The official trailer didn’t offer an answer but gave fans a glimpse into the past, present, and future, panning eras among the multiverse.

Tom Hiddleston returns as the notorious God of Mischief, but he seems to have shed the mischievous skin. The trailer teases a more intense pace as the antihero races with time and space. Owen Wilson reprises the fan-favorite role of TVA worker Mobius. And Jonathan Majors returns as the main villain Kang.

Loki Season 2 is set after the events of Avengers: Endgame. Panning six episodes and penned by returning writer Eric Martin, Justin Benson, and Aaron Moorhead, who each directed an episode, the show follows the antihero Loki, as he works with Mobius in the aftermath of He Who Remains’ death. The season 1 finale ended with Loki stuck in an unfamiliar reality, and hopefully, how he finds his way to Mobius from the previous universe will be better explained.

Created by Michael Waldron, Loki Season 2 is set to premiere on Disney+ on Oct. 6.
