Olivia Rodrigo Drops Full Tracklist for ‘Guts’

Olivia Rodrigo has been dropping signs for song titles in the past few days and teasing something gothic and rebellious coming the way.

A messy bedroom, violet bedsheets, a skateboard, and several instruments on the rug — perhaps they do tell more than you think you know.

The singer-songwriter has just revealed her complete tracklist for her sophomore album Guts, slated for Sept. 8 release. Notably, “All American Bitch,” “Ballad Of A Homeschooled Girl,” and “Teenage Dream” have a familiar ring to them. Does it remind of you a certain punk band? We thought of Green Day immediately.

On her recent single, “Vampire,” Rodrigo told Rolling Stone, “I just sat down at the piano one day and played these chords that felt kind of gothic to me. I think there’s a lot of vampire lore to be played with, like ‘You only come out at night’ and stuff like that. There’s a lot of fun songwriting fodder in there.”
