Watch: Billie Eilish Live Debut Barbie’s “What Was I Made For” at Lollapalooza

Last night (Aug. 3), “What Was I Made For” received its live debut at Lollapalooza.

Produced by Finneas, the melancholic piano ballad was in Greta Gerwig’s blockbuster film Barbie, appearing alongside soundtracks from Dua Lipa, Charli XCX, Sam Smith, and more.

Billie Eilish’s headline set also featured songs from across her catalog and was partially solar-powered by zero-emission battery systems. The Music Decarbonization Project was co-founded by Eilish herself in partnership with the environmental non-profit organization REVERB.

Joining Eilish at Lollapalooza 2023 include The 1975, Red Hot Chili Peppers, Lana Del Rey, Odesza, and more.
