Hailing from Minneapolis, Jenny is an artist and activist for police abolition, Black Lives Matter, and maximum wages. As a person, Jenny has walked a hard path in life. Grinning through homelessness and addiction in her young adult life, this experience only strengthened her. She now advocates for housing and appropriate medical care as human rights.

On the artistic side, Chavez is a prolific Coahuiltecan American EDM producer and experimental R&B vocalist, known for her work in the Mutants Mixtape Collective and her collaboration GL1TT3RP1SS with girlfriend/music Daughter of Dawn. Driven by her childhood fascination with introspective lyrics and melodies, she has been producing hip-hop and EDM music for more than 2 decades. Her major influences include James Brown, Arca, Brandy, and Selena.
